Digital Delivery Policy

What you receive

You receive a downloadable PDF file. No physical product is shipped, and there are no shipping charges or delivery times for digital purchases.

When you receive it

Delivery is electronic and normally immediate: as soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment processor, your order page shows a Download PDF button. In rare cases confirmation can take a few minutes - keep the page open or return to it later using your order link.

How downloads work

• Your order page link is your proof of purchase - keep it safe and do not share it.
• Each time you press Download, we create a short-lived secure link (valid for a few minutes).
• Your purchase includes 5 downloads within 30 days of purchase.
• If you need more time or downloads, write to punittomar777@gmail.com with your order number.

Requirements

You need a device that can open PDF files (for example Adobe Acrobat Reader or any modern browser) and a printer if you want printed pages.

Problems with delivery

If payment was successful but you cannot download the file, contact punittomar777@gmail.com with your order number. We will fix the issue or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Paperback editions

Paperback books are sold and shipped by Amazon. Their delivery and returns are governed by Amazon's policies.
