Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products

Our direct-store products are downloadable PDF files delivered immediately after payment. Because a digital file cannot be "returned", orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed and the download is available. Please read the product page carefully before buying; a free sample is provided where available.

Refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads, purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been successfully delivered or accessed. Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate payment, technical failure, or where the purchased file cannot be accessed due to an issue on our side. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Write to punittomar777@gmail.com within [[7]] days of purchase, quoting your order number and the email you used at checkout, and describe the problem. We may ask for a screenshot.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks typically take about 5-7 business days to show the credit after we process the refund; the exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Access after a refund

When an order is refunded, download access for that order is withdrawn. Please delete any copies of the file once refunded.

Cancellation of unpaid orders

If you start checkout but do not complete payment, no charge is made and no order is fulfilled. If your money was debited but the order shows as unpaid, contact us and we will reconcile it or refund you.
